1. Orders and availability: Orders are subject to product availability. 


2. Processing and Shipping Time: Shipments outside the U.S. are not currently available. All orders will be reviewed and processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping and delivery. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only, except holidays. Your confirmation of shipping will be sent via email.


3. Delivery Instructions: Please remember to list your address correctly during check out. If failed to do so, once orders are re-shipped back, you will have to pay for shipping again.



4. Damaged Items in Delivery Process: EyeDeal Glam is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

If there are any damages to your lashes contact us within 24 hours of receiving item at eyedealglam@gmail.com.

6. No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or you received the wrong item. 

All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds & exchanges.
